On April 2, 2019, residents voted to support the district’s facilities and operating referenda. Your support allows us to address improved safety, accessibility and traffic flow in addition to addressing critical capital maintenance projects and improved learning spaces, while continuing the high quality instructional program our students deserve and our community has come to expect.  We look forward to the design, renovation, and construction process and will continue to keep our community informed regarding the work ahead.  Thank you!

Construction Updates

Recently Completed

  • The Core Team met on August 1st to review Floor plan updates, Glass locations for main office area, Doors, Hardware security, and Glass in doors.

  • The Core Team met on August 14th.  topics discussed - Security, The entry sequence and aesthetic at Maple Dale, and the District has asked EUA to look at options to make Indian Hill's entrance more identifiable.

  • Epstein Uhen Architects (EUA) met with staff at each school site over the summer to get feedback on educational and school office spaces

What’s Next

  • Cost Estimating has begun and will be refined along with drawing releases with Construction Document completion slated for Spring of 2020.
