Welcome to Maple Dale School. We are dedicated to continually improving student achievement and personal development. To do that, we believe it is essential to work closely with families. It is through coordination of academic programming, events, and community outreach that we maximize the school experience for our students.

I love being the principal of Maple Dale. The family connection is strong in our learning community and helps all of us work together to build confidence in our students. It is a joy for me to get to meet new students at our school every year, as well as grow the relationship with those students returning. The time moves quickly and we make the most of the years we have together.

At Maple Dale, we work in teams to establish what is essential for our students at each grade level. We then use a variety of assessments to better know how to respond to what our students know and can do. We focus on challenging our students to strive beyond what they think they are capable of in their learning. We support that learning through collaboration and implementation of proven best practices.

We are proud to partner with you in educating our students!

Welcome! It is both an honor and a privilege to serve this vibrant MDIH community and to work with such a dedicated team of educators, supportive parents, and enthusiastic students.

As we travel on this educational journey together, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. My goal is always to build upon the strong foundation that families have established and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. I believe that education is a collaborative effort and I am committed to working closely with each family to ensure the success and well-being of each student.

With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the pleasure of working in various capacities, from classroom teaching to administrative roles. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of a nurturing and supportive school environment. At Indian Hill, I am committed to fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and safety, where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
