Maple Dale-Indian Hill School District

The strategic planning process, launched this year,  engages stakeholders including students, staff, families, and community members.  Our work will guide us in developing goals for the future.
 

As part of this work, our district has:
 

• Engaged stakeholders  

• Partnered with the UW-Madison Population Lab to analyze future enrollment projections.  The enrollment study, which showed we will have steady future enrollment, can be found here

• Initiated a comprehensive facilities assessment and long range planning process.  For more information regarding facilities, click here.

• Created a revised mission statement to guide our work
   

Examining our financial future is part of good stewardship for our community.  Recently, we heard a presentation regarding a preliminary financial analysis and the legal requirements associated with consolidation.  This was a joint learning opportunity with our partner school districts of Fox Point-Bayside, Glendale-River Hills, and Nicolet Union High School as we conduct the necessary due diligence associated with this important community topic.
