4K Enrollment for New Familes

To enroll in 4K, your child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1.

5K Enrollment for New Families

To enroll in 5K, your child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1.

Enrollment Tips

1. Complete online enrollment. Before beginning the online process, please make sure that you have the following information available:

Household information (address and phone number)
Proof of residency (two forms from linked list)
Student information (date and place of birth, medical and health information)
Parent/Guardian information (home/work/cell phone numbers, email addresses)
Emergency contact information (names and contact information for a minimum of two individuals you will authorize to be notified in case of emergency)

2. Present the following documentation to the school office:

Child’s birth certificate*
Child’s immunization record*
