. Click on ‘submit facility rental’ IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED GROUP, YOU MUST CLICK ON LINK AND SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING THAT YOUR GROUP BE REGISTERED. INCLUDE CONTACT NAME, BILLING ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A RETURN EMAIL AS SOON AS YOUR GROUP HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.

Name event and fill in other fields, giving ALL information pertinent to your request, especially SETUP INSTRUCTIONS. You may even attach a PDF of how you would like to have the room set up.
